Now we are looking for < span style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Customer Support Specialist who will carry out the most responsible mission - to provide technical assistance to our users in the online chat and help them solve their problems.
—Communicate with customers about computers, gadgets, online services solve any technical problems in English. Examples of such requests are: "I forgot my Gmail password, how do I reset it?", "Cannot connect to the printer", "YouTube does not work on my TV";
—Process up to three customer chats at the same time.Follow all necessary instructions to provide quality services.
What skills are needed:
—Knowledge of English(spoken and written): Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1);
—Basic knowledge of PC and understanding of modern systems and services.
