We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will perform the most responsible mission of providing technical assistance to our users in online chat and helping them solve their problems.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients about computers, gadgets, online services and help them solve any technical problems in English. Examples of such requests are: "I forgot my Gmail password, how do I reset it?", "Cannot connect to the printer", "YouTube does not work on my TV";
—Process up to three customer chats simultaneously.
—Follow all necessary guidelines to provide quality service.

What skills are required:

— Knowledge of the English language (written): Upper Intermediate (B2);
- Basic PC skills and understanding of modern systems and services at the user level.

Will be a plus:

— Experience working in customer support or billing support teams;
— Work experience or education related to system administration;
—Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowing this software will greatly facilitate your life in the first days of work;

Minimum system requirements:

— Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater;
— Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater;
—Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater;
— At least 5 GB of RAM;
—Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core.
