We are currently looking for Junior Customer Support Specialist, who will carry out the most responsible mission - to provide technical assistance to our users in online chat and help them solve their problems. Duties: - Communicate with customers about computers, gadgets, online services and help them solve any technical problems in English. Examples of such requests are: "I forgot my Gmail password, how do I reset it?", "Cannot connect to the printer", "YouTube does not work on my TV";— Process up to three chats with customers simultaneously.— Comply with all necessary instructions to provide quality services. What skills are needed: — Knowledge of the English language (spoken and written): Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1); — Basic PC skills and understanding of the operation of modern systems and services at the user level. It will be a plus: — Work experience in customer support teams; — Work experience or education related to system administration; — Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowing this software will greatly facilitate your life in the first days of work; What we offer: - Remote work format.
