Together with us, you will dive into the fintech industry, learn how a product IT company works, and help businesses receive high-quality payment services. Your tasks will be: — communicating with customer representatives to resolve their questions about the operation of our product; — in-depth analysis of issues that arise from customers and the search for ways to solve them; — active interaction with product and technical teams within the company;—work with documentation for our product. What we expect from you:—you have a bachelor’s/master’s degree or you are studying at a university in the field of “Applied Mathematics”/“System Analysis” or related specialties;—excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;—analytical skills and the ability to independently solve problems; — English is not lower than the Upper-Intermediate level. It will be an advantage if: — you can work autonomously and productively at the same time; — you have practical experience with SQL, Postman.
