You will be assisted by an experienced Team Lead to help in critical situations and make strategic decisions, SMM experts, a designer to create creatives, develop and automate the department. Successful cases of setting up, running and optimizing advertising campaigns. 3. Ability to find growth points for the project. 4. Confident use of Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)5. Ability to create reports with GA4 at a basic level.6. Understanding trends in social. networks.7. Knowledge and use of Excel/Google tables. 8. The ability to express one's thoughts correctly and clearly, both orally and in writing. 9. Results orientation, proactivity, independence. Will be a plus: 1. Development and implementation of a targeted advertising strategy by projects: - topic analysis and development of an action strategy - tracking results and adjusting the strategy to achieve KPIs by project2. Planning, distribution and implementation of tactical tasks according to the project in accordance with the strategy in the following areas: - attraction of new and current CA - optimization of the conversion rate3. Finding new growth points and checking the implementation of project tasks 4. Helping the Project Manager in communicating with the client on technical issues, as well as protecting the strategy of targeted advertising for the project. 5.
