Junior Targetologist (Social & Performance) in Zharivel

The Digital team invites an entry-level specialist who seeks to develop in the field of targeted advertising. If you want to start a career in performance marketing and are ready to learn systematically, this position is for you.

We provide training, internal support and gradual immersion in real projects under the guidance of experienced specialists.

Main tasks:

• Help in setting up advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads

• Interaction with designers and content team

• Interest in digital marketing and advertising

• Basic understanding of social networks and their algorithms

• Analytical thinking and attention to numbers

• Ability to work with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

• Responsibility and willingness to work with KPIs

• Willingness to learn and develop in the direction of performance

Work experience is not mandatory — motivation and willingness to quickly learn new tools is important.
