Therefore, we are looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer for SKVOT Global, who will become a key part of our team, actively attracting the best lecturers for courses and directly influencing product development. What tasks await you: searching for and attracting leading specialists who can become our lecturers; collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to find internal candidates according to their needs; use of various tools and platforms for effective sourcing; development and implementation of candidate sourcing strategies; creative market analysis industries, studying trends and identifying opinion leaders: top companies, bloggers, stars in creative niches; maintaining and updating the ATS system to ensure accurate analytical data; forming and maintaining sourcing documentation; together with the team, improve existing processes and develop new ones aimed at increasing efficiency and achieving better results. We have a match if you have: work experience in a similar position of 6 months or more or completion of relevant courses; basic knowledge of sourcing tools such as ATS, LinkedIn (Recruiter, Sales Navigator, etc.); command of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher; desire to learn new trends, dive into the creative field and develop in topics related to it; developed system and analytical thinking (understanding that sourcing is not only about communication, but also about working with data and a helicopter view of the vacancy); attention to detail, proactivity and the ability to work outside the box think; a high level of communication skills to effectively interact with both candidates and internal teams.
