We need a team of the best to keep winning. We are looking for Junior Talent Sourcer, who will strengthen the team in finding potential lecturers for our courses, the launch of which will drive the growth of the entire company.
What will be in your task list:
- search for top specialists who work in well-known companies and can potentially become our lecturers;
- using different sourcing tools and platforms to find the best;
- forming an effective search strategy;
- market analysis (business, creative industries and IT sphere), trends and those who set these trends (top companies in niches);
- quality management of the candidate system for correct analytics and improvement of the Candidate Journey Map.
Skill pack for quality performance of tasks:
- 6+ months of experience in sourcing/recruitment or theoretical background (relevant courses or other sources);
- command of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
- desire to learn new things and dive into previously unknown topics;
- systematic and analytical thinking (you understand that sourcing is not only about communication, but also about numbers and a helicopter view of the vacancy);
- attention to details, proactivity and ability to think differently;
- high level of communication skills to find a common language with both top candidates and stakeholders;
- knowledge of various sourcing tools, not just LinkedIn.
Nice-to-have:
- worked with ATS or CRM systems;
- have experience working in a multicultural environment.
