In order for everything to be carried out in the future, we need charged and motivated people, including a Junior Talent Sourcer, who will strengthen the search for potential lecturers of our courses, the launch of which will drive the growth of the entire company. What will be on your task list: Search for top specialists who work in well-known companies and can potentially become our lecturers; Use of various sourcing tools and platforms to find the best; Formation of an effective search strategy; Analysis of the market (business, creative industries and IT sphere), trends and those who set these trends (top companies in niches ); Quality management of the candidate system for correct analytics and improvement of the Candidate Journey Map. For this, you will need skills: 6+ months of experience in sourcing/recruitment or a theoretical base (relevant courses or other sources); Confident command of the English language at the B2 level and above; Willingness to learn new things and delve into previously unknown topics; Systematic and analytical thinking (you understand that sourcing is not only about communication, but also about numbers and a helicopter view of the vacancy); Great attention to detail and literacy (from understanding the portrait lecturer to create a high-quality pitch); Proactivity and the ability to think differently (you do not wait for the task to start, but offer cool solution ideas); Perseverance (repeated tasks do not get you bored, but meditate); Of course, communication skills at the level PRO to find a common language both with top candidates and stakeholders.
