About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help attract strong talent across global markets. In this role, you will find and engage passive candidates, build targeted sourcing pipelines, and use modern tools and AI to support the hiring process. You will work closely with recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure an efficient and seamless sourcing process and attract highly qualified professionals to the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Search and identify candidates on various sourcing platforms

• Build and maintain targeted pipelines for various roles and specializations

• Creating personalized messages for outreach and effective interaction with candidates

• Conducting initial qualification of candidates according to defined criteria

• Maintaining accurate and structured data in ATS and CRM systems

• Participating in sourcing research, market analysis and employer initiatives branding

  effective identification and attraction of candidates

• Knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search

• Understanding of recruiting processes and building talent pipelines

• Experience of conducting market research and trend analysis

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above

• Familiarity with AI tools to automate routine sourcing tasks

• Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems

• Participate in sourcing research, market insights, and employer branding initiatives
• Support recruiting-related events and help improve sourcing processes
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every touchpoint

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing for various role types
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms, including effective candidate identification and engagement
• Knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search techniques
• Understanding of recruitment processes and talent pipelines
• Experience in conducting market research and interpreting its trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate routine sourcing tasks
• Experience with ATS or/and CRM systems
