You can learn more about our team onour social networkshere andhere.Inthis role, you will:Developing and optimizing sourcing strategiesFinding and attracting new non-standard resources, aswell asusing social networks, forums, communities, job sites, etc, and analyzing the effectiveness ofeach channelQuickly and efficiently finding, analyzing, and evaluating candidate profiles for positions ofvarious levels: tech and non-tech, from juniors totop managementMaking phone/Google Meet pre-screen interviews with candidatesForming adatabase ofpotential candidates, maintaining contact with them, and providing feedback ontimeProviding market research, forming conclusions based on dataParticipating inHR Branding activities.It’s all about you:Have 6+ months ofexperience inaposition ofResearcher and desire togrow professionally inthe Talent Acquisition directionHave fluent Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate level ofEnglishAre active user onprofessional social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)Have excellent research skills and the ability toprocess and analyze alot ofinformationAre ateam player able towork inafast-paced environment onseveral vacancies atthe same time (upto5 vacancies) and effectively close themAre aresponsible, result-oriented person excellent attime management and prioritizationAre excited about theIT market andIT trends.What weoffer:Comfortable working environment.You can work atour comfortable hub inKyiv orremotely anywhere with aflexible schedule.
