Conduct initial resume screening and telephone interviews;
Participate in organizing and conducting interviews;
Maintain the candidate database in the ATS system;
Assist in the preparation of analytics and reporting.
A student of the last year or a graduate of humanitarian or business fields;
You know how to establish contact and easily find a common language with people;
You speak English at a level no lower than Intermediate;
Do you have a baseand skills in working with LinkedIn, job portals and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
You value teamwork, professionalism and openness.
