SELECTION STAGES:
1. Primary screening. The recruiter asks a few questions in the messenger to get an impression of your experience and skills before the interview.
2. Test task. Validates your expertise and shows what approaches, tools and solutions you apply to your work. We do not limit you in terms of time and we never use candidates' work experience without appropriate arrangements.
3. Interview with the manager. A comprehensive conversation about your professional competencies and the work of the team to which you are applying.
4. Bar raising. For the last interview, we invite one of the top managers of the Genesis ecosystem, who will not work directly with the candidate. The bar raiser focuses on your soft skills and values to understand how quickly you can grow with the company.
