junior systems analyst in INTERTOP

What you need to do:

• analyze user requests and solve major problems
• monitor on-time performance of tasks (SLA)
• write instructions
• communicate and cooperate with analysts and site developers, specialists from various departments of the Company.
   

It will be a plus: 

• experience work in user support (Service Desk 2d line support)
• experience in working with CMS systems
• experience in working with Jira, Confluence;
• English - at the level of reading technical documentation.
