Main work tasks: Monitoring the performance of the Company's IT services. Notification of responsible and interested persons about the registration and resolution of planned or emergency work on IT systems. Monitoring of information security events of JSC "Ukrtelecom" using SIEM .Primary analysis, resolution or transfer to the second line of IS incident support. You are the right candidate if: You have basic knowledge of computer networks. You have an understanding of server infrastructure and basic skills in Windows OS administration. You have the ability to learn and constantly improve your level. English language at the pre-Intermediate level will be considered as an advantage. Have an organized package of documents (in particular, a certificate of attribution or a military ID).
