Main duties: accounting, transfer, maintenance of IT equipment; installation and configuration of software ; solving technical problems; conducting training and support of new users on the correct use of computers and software; control of server and switching rooms; keeping documentation of completed works, problems and their solutions; cooperation with other departments. Requirements: incomplete higher education , higher, preferably specialized; system administration experience is desirable, willing to consider without experience, but with specialized education; knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, software and hardware; ability to quickly identify and analyze problems and find effective ways to solve them; understanding of basic principles computer system security, including protection against viruses, malware, hacking and unauthorized access; the ability to communicate with users who have different levels of technical literacy; experience in the administration of Microsoft collective productivity systems (SharePoint, Exchange) will be an advantage; analytical thinking, systems approach , sociability, responsibility, initiative, stress resistance.
