Public Broadcasting is looking for a Junior ERP / IT-Enterprise system administrator.

Key duties:

• Support and basic administration of ERP IT-Enterprise (system operation monitoring, user creation, access settings - after training)
• Execution of simple SQL queries, participation in optimization and updating directories, data and settings.
• Assisting in configuring ERP modules according to company workflows.
• Technical support for users: answering basic questions, recording incidents, preparing brief instructions.
• Participating in data migration and system update tasks.
• Maintaining technical notes and documentation.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the principles of relational databases.
• Initial level of SQL: simple SELECT queries, working with tables
• Understanding the general principles of information systems and business processes.

Would be an advantage (but not required):

• Any experience with ERP, CRM, accounting or accounting systems.
• Knowledge of or interest in ERP architecture.
• Experience in technical user support.
• Knowledge basics of API, integrations, scripts as a plus for future development.
