Requirements: incomplete higher education, higher education, preferably specialized; 2 years of experience in system administration; knowledge of operational systems, network infrastructure, software and hardware; the ability to quickly identify and analyze problems and find effective ways to solve them; understanding of the basic principles of computer system security, including protection against viruses, malware, hacking and unauthorized access; the ability to communicate with users, who have different levels of technical literacy; experience in the administration of Microsoft collective efficiency systems (SharePoint, Exchange) will be an advantage; analytical thinking, system approach, communication skills, responsibility, initiative, stress resistance. Main duties: accounting, transfer, maintenance of IT equipment; installation and software configuration; solving technical problems; conducting training and support of new users on the correct use of computers and software; control of server and switching rooms; documentation of completed works, problems and their solutions; cooperation with other departments.
