Infozahyst is a representative of the commercial sector of the defense industry of Ukraine. We develop software and hardware solutions for the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine (the field of radio-electronic intelligence).

We invite Junior System Administrator to join our team!

Required skills:

• Confident PC user;
• Knowledge of the OSI model and the principle of construction and operation of local networks;
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, DNS, SMTP, DHCP, VPN technology;
• Installation, configuration of the Windows family OS. An additional bonus will be the ability to work with the Linux family OS;
• PC assembly, diagnostics, repair;
• Confident user of office equipment (replacement of cartridges, accounting, ordering);
• MS Active Directory;
• MS Windows Server 2016, 2019.
• Experience with OS Windows 10/11, MacOs, Linux.
• Knowledge of the principles of operation and maintenance of MDM systems will be a bonus
• Experience with virtualization will be a bonus.

Main tasks:

• Provide technical support and fulfill user requests;
• Install software and hardware;
• Ensure the installation of new jobs;
• Conduct diagnostics of hardware and software problems;
• Diagnosis and resolution of office network problems;
• Maintenance of network infrastructure documentation;
• Service support
