WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Knowledge of macOS and Ubuntu
• Knowledge of computer components, peripherals, network equipment
• Basic knowledge of the principles of network technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP, Proxy, TCP / IP, VLAN, group policies)
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
• Good communication skills
• Pre-intermediate level of English and above

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

• Prepare workplaces for new users (set up accounts and workstations)
• Perform installation and configuration procedures
• Support users with their issues/questions
• Upgrade hardware and software
• Monitor performance and maintain systems
• Prepare manuals for setting up and using the software
• Keeping technical documentation up to date.
• Perform other activities for maintenance and development of infrastructure
• Following the company’s security and compliance policies and procedures
