We are currently looking for a proactive and communicative Technical Support Specialist / L1 Technical Support Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer, who will strengthen the technical support team of the Genesis head office. - Administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Okta;
- Support of migration to new services and accounts;
- Diagnosis and repair of equipment, interaction with contractors;

- Implementation of turnkey infrastructure solutions.
ul>We expect you to have:
- From 1 year of commercial experience in the role of Technical Support Specialist, L1 Technical Support Engineer or System Administrator;
- Experience in the administration of MacOS, Linux, Windows operating systems;
- Understanding the basics of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, FireWall, VPN, Proxy, VLAN) and the principles of WiFi networks and the 802 standard;
- Experience in setting up video surveillance/printers/office equipment;
- Experience with Google Workspace and Slack;
- li>Understanding the principles of operation of SSO solutions;
- Confidence in multitasking conditions;
- Ability to identify and work with employee requests.
