What we expect from you:

• basic understanding of Windows 10/11 (installation, configuration, elimination of typical problems)
• knowledge of the principles of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• ability to diagnose and eliminate malfunctions in software and equipment
• ability to basicly configure routers and Wi-Fi
• experience with products Microsoft (Sharepoint, Teams, MS Office, Microsoft Defender)
• experience working with Windows infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services)
• knowledge of the basics of cyber security (passwords, backup, antivirus)
• independence and initiative
• knowledge of English at level B1 and above, to support conversations with foreign colleagues
• possibility work full-time and visit the office (in the center of Kyiv).

What tasks will you work on:

• support of Windows 10/11 users and workstations
• diagnosis and elimination of software problems and basic hardware malfunctions
• support of Windows services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services)
• work with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Defender)
• basic network administration (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• server support, interaction with the 3rd line of support
• observance of basic principlescyber security and maintenance of technical documentation.
