Junior system administrator in BaDM, TOV

Main duties:

• Block repair of PCs;
• Reception, processing and registration of user requests;
• Diagnostics and elimination software and hardware failures of users' PCs;
• Accounting, reception, write-off of equipment;
• Interaction with employees of adjacent departments of the department.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Minimum work experience as a system administrator or technical support specialist (preferred)
• Higher technical education (also ready to accept students of the last years);
• Understanding the specifics of the work of a system administrator or specialist technical support;
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel);
• Understanding the principles of AD operation (preferred);
• Basic understanding of the organization of local networks and the operation of network protocols;
• Ability to work independently with technical literature;
• Ability to communicate with users, stress resistance;
