What will you do as a Junior System Administrator:

• Perform the administration of the corporate operating system based on GNU/Linux.
• Automate the processes of operating system administration with the help of system and server solutions.
• Participate in activities aimed at increasing the efficiency of server and system software based on GNU/Linux.
• Participate in development and/or integration user and server software for GNU/Linux into a corporate environment.
• Perform third-level technical support.

Your ideal profile:
Must-have:

• Basic knowledge of architecture of GNU/Linux desktop OSes (Debian, Ubuntu, Linux Mint).
• Ability to use the console for the administration of GNU/Linux OSes (Debian, Ubuntu, Linux Mint).
• Basic skills of automating administrative actions using bash.
• Basic knowledge of network principles.
• Basic knowledge of Python (or any other programming language).
• Skills of using Git.
• Ability to read technical documentation in English.

Nice-to-have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of web principles (HTML, CSS, SSL).
• Skills in writing simple bash-scripts.
• Skills with Ansible or other configuration automation tools.
• Skills for creating GUI/TUI applications for GNU/Linux OS.
• Skills for network diagnostics in GNU/Linux OS.
• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix or Prometheus).
