This position involves the full deployment, configuration and maintenance of workstations, network and server systems, office software and peripherals.
Requirements:
- Experience in deploying and configuring Windows OS / MacOS
- Experience in deploying and configuring typical office software
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Experience in configuring user workstations
- Experience in configuring and maintaining office equipment (printers, MFPs)
- Skills in diagnosing and repairing computer equipment, peripheral equipment, data recovery
- Basic knowledge of wired and wireless networks (Wi-Fi: routers, candles), basic protocols TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT; ability to crimp patch cords, use utilities for network diagnostics
- Experience in configuring and administering VPN
- Skills in analyzing and finding problems, identifying hardware malfunctions and component replacement
- Ability to explain and solve problems in an accessible manner
- Strong soft skills, communication skills with users
- Visiting the office in Kyiv 1-2 times per week
Responsibilities:
- User support (remote and on-site), consulting and training on IT issues
- Deployment and configuration of operating systems Windows / MacOS and applications
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems
- Configuration and support of network devices (candles, routers)
- Support and configuration of peripheral equipment (printers, MFP, TSD)
- Accounting and movement of computer equipment
- Maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base
- Work with remote connection via TeamViewer, AnyDesk and RDP
