Purpose of the position

Support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, prompt resolution of incidents and technical support for users, as well as assistance to senior specialists in performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accepting and resolving requests from users (Help Desk).
• Installation, configuration and updating of operating systems and standard office software.
• Maintenance of computer and office equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners).
• Monitoring the performance of network equipment and communication channels under the supervision of a senior engineer.
• Participation in the support of Windows-based server infrastructure Server

Mandatory requirements

• Work experience: Experience in IT support or administration from 1 year.
• Operating systems: Solid knowledge and experience with Windows 10/11 (installation, configuration, diagnostics) at the advanced user level.
• Network basics: Understanding the basics of TCP/IP, knowledge of DNS and DHCP principles.
• Equipment maintenance: Basic skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer equipment (hardware).
• User support: Ability to communicate competently and politely with users.
