Junior+ System Administrator in United Tech

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our team and provide seamless technical support in the office and for professionals that keep our workspace and team productive.

Your main task is to provide technical support to the team, to provide smooth onboarding and off-boarding processes, and to promptly resolve all IT requests within your competence. You will be responsible for the technical condition of office equipment and software, inventory management, coordination of orders and deliveries of equipment, as well as maintaining accurate reporting.

In addition to daily technical support, you will work on project tasks: creating FAQs for typical technical questions, solving equipment accounting issues and compiling a complete list services used in the company. You will also work with office security systems, LCDs, CCTV cameras.

In this role you will

• Participate in all meetings and processes that require the participation of a System Administrator

• Provide technical support for new employees

• Employee and equipment maintenancerequirements
• Perform first line support

• Ordersend, keep records and depreciation of equipment

• Work with documentation and tables

• Maintain blackout equipment: StarLink, EcoFlow, generators

• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Service Management)
