In order to strengthen and develop the business, we are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join the team.
We will have an ideal match if you have:
- relevant experience of half a year or more
- higher/unfinished higher education by profile
- basic administration skills of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016-2025, Linux Debian/Ubuntu OS
- experience of assembling/disassembling PCs and laptops
- experience of working with Helpdesk / Service Desk systems
- experience of working with Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Azure
- experience of working with Mikrotik / Cisco
- stress resistance, good memory, diligence and responsibility
Your area of responsibility:
- initial consultations of company employees on all IT issues
- solve issues related to PCs/Laptops, Printers/BFPs, Wifi in the office
- solve issues with software installation: MS Office, Mozilla Thunderbird, Slack and others messengers
- maintain printers/mfu: replacing and refilling cartridges
- set up workplaces: PC/laptop settings, moving employees around offices/offices
- set up the connection of landlines and mobile phones for employees: Android/iPhone
- solve Internet/WIFI issues in the office
- order batteries for the office and monitor, so that they are always in stock, also covers/films/wires for phones on request
- inventory of equipment in the office: pasting inventory numbers, approval and acceptance for accounting/moving of technicians
