Main duties:

• Accept and process requests from users by phone and in the Service Desk system
• Provide technical support toinvestigators in the company office
• Consult users and carry out initial diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment

Basic requirements:

• Unfinished or complete higher education in the specialty "Information Technology"
• Experience as a system administrator/IT Helpdesk from 1 year - will be an advantage
• Understanding the principles of operation and experience in supporting personal computers, servers and printed hardware
• Understanding TCP/IP networks, routers, Fortigate/Pfsense firewall, VPN, wireless technologies
• Experience with M365, Active Directory and Azure
• Understanding of Windows-based systems, experience in support and configuration of Windows OS and Windows Server operating systems and Linux-based servers
• Support of the company's software package
