Junior System Administrator in TechMagic

We are looking for a system administrator with involvement in the material support processes of the company, who can effectively support the company's vital activities and quickly respond to technical requests.

This is a full-time position in Lviv.

• Provision of technical support for company employees;
• Reinstallation of operating systems on employee laptops (We work with Windows and Mac OS);
• Troubleshooting of hardware and software parts of laptops, MacBooks and the network;
• Configuring printers for users, installing standard software;

• Preparation of workplaces and issuance of equipment to new employees, dispatch of equipment;
• Updating of equipment and software of existing employees;
• Assistance with material provision and office support;
• Organization and support of events, equipment for video and audio recording;
• Purchase of equipment, interaction with suppliers and service centers

Our requirements:

• Technical PC skills:

— Ability to reinstall the operating system and solve non-complex technical tasks (set up the projector, software, sound, etc.);

—Experience in diagnosing, identifying and repairing laptop and MacBook failures (software and hardware);

• To have general concepts about the structure of the infrastructure of local networks, the main network topologies and mechanisms of the global Internet network;
• Readiness for multitasking and the ability to make quick decisions;
• li>Communicability and a high level of self-organization;
• Knowledge of the English language is not lower than A2.

Would be a plus:

• Experience of working with Mac OS and Linux
• Experience of working with network equipment: configuration, upgrade/update of provisioning, understanding of the principles of operation of DNS, DHCP servers.
< li>Experience of working with MDM systems
