Skills required:

• A confident PC user;
< li>Knowledge of the OSI model and the principle of construction and operation of local networks;
• Understanding the operation of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, DHCP protocols, VPN technology;
• Installation, configuration of the Windows family OS. An additional bonus will be the skills of working with the Linux family OS;
• PC assembly, diagnostics, repair;
• A confident user of office equipment (cartridge replacement, accounting, ordering);
• MS Active Directory; MS Windows Server 2016, 2019. Experience with OS Windows 10/11, MacOs, Linux. Knowledge of operating principles will be a bonus and maintenance of MDM systems
• Experience with virtualization will be a bonus.

Main tasks:

• Provide technical support and fulfill requests users;
• Install software and hardware;
• Ensure installation of new workstations;
• Conduct hardware and software problem diagnostics;
• Diagnosis and resolution of office network problems;
• Maintenance of network infrastructure documentation;
• Service support
