What will you do at WORKIT:

• Interaction with the teams of the Workit group of companies and 1988 Company
< li>Technical support of internal projects
• Equipment ordering and inventory of installed equipment
• Technical support of company employees (OS: Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
• Network administration ( knowledge of network equipment and network protocols TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, FTP, HTTP, IMAP, SMTP, POP3, VPN, etc.)
• Timely resolution of HelpDesk and ServiceDesk inquiries
• Maintenance and support in the current state of technical documentation (instructions, guarantees, etc.)
• IT infrastructure support (servers, PCs and other devices, audio equipment, data collection terminals, data channels, network equipment and sites)
• Interaction with external contractors and suppliers, outsourced companies
• Business trips to company facilities
• Installation, disassembly and adjustment of equipment
• Technical support of events.< /li>

We think you have:

• preferred work experience in a similar position
• knowledge and understanding of the basics of building Ethernet networks
• ability to work in a team
