- Administration, selection and installation of office and network equipment, including network layout, configuration of routers, printers and other equipment.
- Diagnostics of the performance of services and devices: printers, access points, SIP telephony, work PCs of employees.
- Work with AD, GPO, Terminal Service, DNS, DHCP, Ubiquiti
- Administration of servers under Windows Server, Microsoft Azure.
- Technical support of employees and assistance in solving problems with computers and software and more.
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the existing IT infrastructure.
- Remote installation and troubleshooting of software on users' PCs.
- Providing and managing user access rights to IT services.
- Analysis, support and development of the local network, ensuring its security.
- Maintenance of the video surveillance system (installation and configuration).
- Installing, configuring and updating software.
- Administration of backup systems.
- Execution of various IT tasks.
