Junior Support Engineer (3rd line) in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Support of the payment complex for the sale of transport tickets
• Processing work orderers from 1-2 levels of support
• Interaction with developers, business, back office, support and those departments of vendors on issues of complex operation
• Alternating in support chats (the first 3 months a fixed schedule from 8:30 to 17:30, then work in two shifts: the first - from 8:00 to 17:00, the second - from 14:30 to 23:30)

Requirements for candidates:

• Knowledge of the features of the Linux OS and free use of the Linux OS
• Knowledge of the differences between different OS, understanding of their key features (Unix, Linux, Windows)
• Knowledge of the operation of the software complex with the help of ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana) and other logging systems
• Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/Sybase), NoSQL (MongoDB/RabbitMQ/Redis)
• Automation of processes using Bash, cron, etc.
• Ability to use monitoring using Zabbix, Grafana or other tools
