Currently we need  Customer Support Agent in one of our portfolio companies, who will be able to not only support the level of customer service, but also improve it. 

What challenges await you as a Customer Support Agent :

— processing of incoming requests to the customer support service through calls (Freshdesk);
— outgoing calls with the purpose clarifying information or informing the client about his profile or payments;
— processing requests via chat as needed (the phone line is a priority for this position); 
— participation in the development of scripts and proposals for improving work processes;
— maintenance of the refund rate at the appropriate level; 
— transmission of bug reports upon self-discovery or after receiving a request from customers. 

What is important to us:

— 1+ years of work experience in customer/technical support or sales to the English-speaking market on the phone; and the availability of a working computer);
— client orientation, openness, desire to help and solve the client's problems;
— a high level of stress resistance.
