Expectations:
- near 1 year of successful experience in recruitment;
- experience in recruiting IT specialists, orientation in IT technologies;
- knowledge of various methods and tools of personnel search/selection;
- the ability to work with a full recruiting cycle;
- excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- English skills on intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities:
- continuously build and engage a pipeline of candidates through sourcing & networking;
- selection of relevant candidates using different tools and methods;
- interviewing on earlier stages (telephone screening, personal interview, etc.);
- leading a candidate from the first contact to hire;
- cooperation with the Sales team.
