We are an official Salesforce partner providing consulting and implementation services to successfully implement CRM and CX strategies.

We are currently looking for a  Junior Strong People Partner in our Lviv office. You will work closely with the People Success team and managers to foster a positive work environment and ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our colleagues. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about people, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

Requirements:

— 1+ years of experience in HR sphere (HR generalist, People Partner, etc);

— Proven expertise in HR-related areas (e.g. employee lifecycle, performance management, retention, recognition, HR communication, project management etc.);

— Great desire to build long term trustful relationship with colleagues;

— Experience advising and directly supporting line managers with a consultative style;

— English B1 or higher (written and spoken);

— Excellent communication skills and empathy. The ability to work in a dynamic environment;

— Ability to provide constructive feedback effectively and tactfully.


Will be a big plus:

— Education in Psychology, finished HR courses, coaching/facilitation programs.

— Previous working experience in IT sphere;

What you’ll do:

— Be an ambassador of corporate culture and values.

— Coordinate HR activities such as onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting regular one-on-one meetings;

— Consult line management in performance management initiatives and other HR issues.

— Drive people management excellence using communications, coaching, organizational design;

— Together with the People Success team participate in the implementation of LnD programs, HR surveys, policy updating etc.

— Manage and update HR data in HRIS;

— Maintain productive relationships with other functions;
