The full production cycle IT company Pine Software pinesoftware.com.cy specializes in the development of software products/services in the field of information technologies. The company’s team is working on creating a trading platform with innovative solutions that solve specific problems and satisfy certain customer needs. Company is also engaged in research and development of new technological solutions. Our head office is located in sunny, sometimes scorchy Larnaca, Cyprus, and we have an office located in Kyiv as well.

Requirements:

• 1,5 + years of experience in a similar position;
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with existing design systems (colours, shifts, buttons, margins);
• Experience with multi-page websites;
• Proficiency in graphic editor Figma (Styles, components, prototyping and Autolayout — in advanced level) and Adobe package (illustrator, photoshop, after effects — basic knowledge);
• Strong knowledge and experience with composition, colour, typography, creation/editing of ready-made icons, knowledge of basic UI-patterns and basic UX rules (e.g. J. Nielsen’s heuristics);
• Building user flow (a user experience (UX) concept);
• Finished courses of UI/UX designer;
• Native Ukrainian and at least Intermediate level English.

Would be a plus:

• Refinement and creation of the design system by yourself;
• Experience with CJM, Empathy map / User persona;
• Creation of light animation in after effects;
• Experience with conducting user interviews and further processing of the data obtained;
• Higher education in art.

You will deal with and be responsible for:

• Development of prototypes for the company’s products from scratch;
• Support/refinement of existing prototypes;
• Conducting user interviews, implementing the best ux and visual solutions, design validation;
• Working with design systems (improving, supplementing, building new systems in the future);
• Collaboration with development teams and product managers.

Additionally:

• A test task will be required for this vacancy.
• A portfolio demonstrating your work is mandatory (we prefer those portfolios that have a restrained laconic style).
