At Incora, we are looking for a skilled Junior Strong/Middle Recruiter who will work closely with management to handle our recruiting process. Ideally, you should possess outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for identifying top talent and suitable candidates, and a comprehensive understanding of hiring processes. This is a full-time position in our Lviv office.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in sourcing methodologies and tools
- Understanding of IT company structures and positions
- Knowledge of various development technologies and a good understanding of their specifics
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- Upper-intermediate English level
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing sourcing strategies, executing recruitment initiatives, conducting interviews, preparing job offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques for both technical and management positions
- Pre-screen candidate CVs to assess skills, knowledge, and experience according to project requirements
- Engage with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni)
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Create engaging content for the LinkedIn blog to enhance the company's employer brand
- Prepare recruitment reports
- Perform recruitment market research and monitor industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
