Responsibilities: HRprocess: The onboarding process starts from the candidate accepting ajob offer tothe end ofthe probation period; Offboarding process; Full cycle PDP process for the employee (360surveys, analytics, PDP meeting, notes about PDP process inthe internal system, preparing and sending road map for employee); Participating inmaintaining and improving documentation related toHR processes (onboarding, offboarding describing processes); HRanalytics; Take part inthe generation ofideas for holding holidays orcorporate parties, participate inholding corporate parties; Participation and assistance inthe organization ofHR department office events. Recruiting: Create job descriptions based onteams’ needs and the company’s culture; Active sourcing (LinkedIn, Djinni); Conduct interviews &build strong pipelines; Track all interview results and profile information inthe company’s internal database; Successfully close vacancies with relevant candidates inthe shortest possible time; Strategic planning: work onthe yearly/quarterly hiring plan; Collect and analyze metrics, and provide changes based onrecruitment analytics; Assist inincreasing the company’s HRbrand.
