The company's business includes the country's largest network of children's stores "Antoshka", and the national distribution of Smarty Family, which exclusively represents the brands of world leaders in the children's goods market. The training and development department of "Antoshka" is looking for a specialist in its team! What you need to do: administer the training portal ( change the password, help set up the chatbot for users, write and post news and announcements, create courses and training programs, fill the knowledge base, make training reports at the request of managers); organize external and internal training - online and offline, provide technical support partners during training (searching for a conference room, coffee breaks and lunches, test calls, etc.); create and implement new training projects, as well as maintain the relevance of existing training (for example, shoot and edit videos, update product presentations, support the relevance of tests for certification and much more); conduct trainings, webinars. What we expect from you: fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian (after all, we conduct all educational activities and communication only in Ukrainian); confident command of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook - we have many writing, Excel for reports and analytics, Power Point for creating beautiful presentations, Teams is our most frequent online learning channel); we make a lot of different content, so we use different programs. It is important to us that you are able or willing to learn how to use the following programs yourself: video editor (PowerDirector, Adobe Premiere or others), Canva design creation, online whiteboards (WhiteBoard, JamBoard, Miro, Mentimeter, etc.), Kahoot quizzes, Google products (disk , forms, tables, etc.), YouTube Studio video hosting. Well, don’t be afraid of AI (ChatGPT, Bard, etc.); we almost never have a single ready-made solution, so it will be great if you have a high level of independence and responsibility (we build our work in such a way that the leader of the project or field of study is fully responsible for process and result); and we also try to be useful to our internal customers, so we expect a high level of service; it will be an advantage if you are not afraid of public speaking (but this can be learned, we checked it 😊); the ability to learn, analyze and systematize information — very important skills for a specialist in the training department.
