Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher (secondary) education (management, economics, pedagogy).
• Practical work experience in the field of retail trade and customer service from one year in the position of a senior cashier or seller (experience and knowledge of principles and customer service at gas stations will be an advantage). 
• Experience in the field of personnel training will be an advantage, but is not necessary, willing to provide the necessary training.
• Communication, systematic, responsible, practical skills of mentoring and adaptation of newcomers in the workplace. 
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Availability of own car and willingness to use it for work trips. 
• For men between the ages of 18 and 60, the presence of a military registration document.

Main duties:

• Organizing and conducting practical training at the workplace for gas station employees in order to transfer knowledge and experience in accordance with the training standards and principles of SOCAR high service. 
• Conducting introductory online trainings for gas station employees. 
• Reporting on the results of training.
• Development of educational materials, participation in the preparation of training programs.
