Basic tasks:

• Compilation of educational courses and their further placement on the platform.
• Technical support of users.
• Technical support of courses - updating of materials, support of active phases, consultation of course teams.

• Providing operational statistical information.
• Managing the content of the Platform's YouTube channel.
• Performing related tasks of the manager.

Qualification requirements:

• A confident user of the entire MS Office package.
• Basic understanding of HTML + CSS layout.
• Experience using professional packages for working with PDF documents.
< li>Strong email communication skills with basic automation elements (templates, rules, mail merge, etc.).
• Basic graphics skills (framing, scale, size, conversion).
• Experience with CMS (posting and editing content, working with user profiles, etc.).
• Basic understanding of the principles of YouTube Studio.
• Competent written communication.
• Psychoemotional stability.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in the field of technical support of users.
