ZEST Outsourcing is looking for a candidate for the position of "Junior specialist in the logistics department" as part of a project for an international company that is a world leader in the field of energy management and automation.

Employment conditions:

• Formation according to KZpP;

• Work schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, five-day work week;

• Possibility of a hybrid work format (3 days from the office, 2 - remotely);

• Partial meal compensation;

• Competitive salary level;

• Convenient office location: Kyiv, st. Pochaina.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of files for approval of shipments by customers;

• Filling of the file on allocation (deficit) materials;

• Control of the return of original documents from the shipment (TTN, expense invoices, acts etc.);

• Organization of communication between product managers and brokers regarding the assignment/change of UKTZED codes;

• Shipping of demo orders, charity orders, software write-offs;

• Commercial returns (approval, verification of return documents, postings in SAP);

• Process support during leave of employees.

Requirements for candidates:

• Graduated higher education or senior year students;

• Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook);

• English — Intermediate level;

• Dignity, systematic approach to work, ability to set priorities, high level responsibility, communication.
