YOUR NEW MAIN TASKS:

• Monitoring the quality of RED questionnaires;
• Checking the accuracy of information and compliance of uploaded images in RED questionnaires, which should cover at least 15% of the completed questionnaires; making corrections in case of errors;
• Providing feedback regarding the detected errors;
• Analyzing performance indicators using data from completed questionnaires;
• Preparation and distribution reports;
• Development and distribution of reports on the status of completing RED questionnaires to interested parties;
• Submission of requests for correction of errors in reports, description of problems and monitoring of incident resolution;
• Managing and monitoring the process of solving problems/initiating changes in the system;
• Updating information about products and their images in the context of the RED process;
• Collection of photos (4 side images) and master- new product data;
• Participating in monthly meetings to analyze data from the previous period;
• Making necessary changes to the SFA system and ensuring data accuracy.

• I have a college/university degree;
• I am a confident user MS Excel;
• I have an analytical mindset; 
• I speak English at the Pre-Intermediate+ level;
• I am eager to learn, customer-oriented, detail-oriented and result-oriented .
