Proliska NGO announces a tender for concluding an agreement with a basic psychological support service provider in the city of Pavlograd

Proliska public organization is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization that has been providing comprehensive assistance since 2014 and protection of the population affected by military actions in Ukraine. Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable people affected by military actions; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of combat operations and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate.

I. Requirements for the contestant:

  • Higher education in the specialty of psychology.
  • Orientation in the emotional states of a person in a period of stress.
  • Ability to work with MS Office programs at the level of a confident user.
  • Readiness for regular trips within the boundaries of the region, including to places shelling, to study needs.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

Preference will be given to contestants who have:

  • Experience of working in non-profit and/or humanitarian organizations with IDPs or victims of war in Ukraine.

II. Description of the services to be provided:

  • Determining the needs of individual recipients of services, groups and communities in psychosocial assistance.
  • Visiting recipients of humanitarian aid in their places of temporary stay (stations, places of compact accommodation, distribution points of humanitarian aid, etc.), providing the necessary psychological services.
  • Providing individual first psychological and crisis aid.
  • Providing group crisis assistance.
  • Teach victims stress management skills.
  • Provide individual basic emotional support.
  • Conduct support groups for children and adults as a facilitator.
  • Inform humanitarian aid recipients about available psychological services and psychoeducation about mental health.
  • Sorting, referral (if necessary) recipients of humanitarian aid to receive the necessary services.
  • Compilation of plans, reports and execution of other current tasks within the framework of service provision.
  • Participation in supervisions recommended by the customer.
