Junior specialist in logistics is an interesting, dynamic job in the field of logistics, side by side with talented professionals in Pryluky at the factory. This job provides an opportunity to apply your organizational skills, improve logistics processes and contribute to the achievement of high performance indicators factories. This position can be a good start for further building a career in production and becoming a member of our professional team.

REPORTS TO:Junior Logistics Manager

DUTIES

• Acceptance, placement and storage of spare parts and other material assets in the warehouse
• Cargo coordination -unloading operations during the acceptance and issuance of spare parts and other material assets
• Collection and issuance of spare parts
• Acceptance , placement, accounting and issuing of excise stamps.
• Working in the SAP, 1C, COUPA accounting system
• Carrying out an inventory in the warehouse of spare parts
• Providing suggestions for optimizing logistics processes

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• A confident user of Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications;
• Work experiencein SAP, 1C (as an additional advantage);
• Knowledge of the English language at the pre-intermediate level;
• Skills to quickly learn information and use it at work;
• Accuracy and accuracy in working with credentials;
• Responsibility, discipline, openness;
• Ability to work independently and in a team
