The goal of the team is to monitor the financial the health of the company and providing business with a simple and convenient process, as well as a tool for managing the company's resources. We are looking for another junior specialist to join the team, whose main task will be to close operational tasks related to the moderation of payment applications from EVO group projects: Prom.ua , Satu.kz, Bigl.ua, Kabanchik.ua, Shafa.ua, RozetkaPay. What is important for this role: We will consider specialists with minimal work experience in the financial field (up to 1 year), as well as without experience (for example, students of the last years ), but in this case with a desire to develop specifically in the direction of finance and basic knowledge (availability of appropriate education or completed courses). Mandatory knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets (formulas, summary tables) basic knowledge of financial accounting, desire to develop in the field of finance, learn responsibility, attention to details (working with the company's funds and payment requests, so there is no way without these qualities here) customer orientation (there will be a lot of communication with the company's employees, so there must be a desire for comfortable communication) initiative (we are not looking for a simple executor, we believe that our future a colleague will be interested in the work, and we also believe that any, even the best, process can be improved, the main desire)Tasks: control of payments for compliance with budgets, control of the correctness of filling out applications for payment, communication with initiators of applications and budget holders, participation in the formation of management reporting and planning of filling periodic and one-off analytical reports We offer: work in a team with support and help (mentoring and training) hybrid work format: during the adaptation period work in the office (Kyiv), after remote + periodic office work schedule from Monday to Friday (optional 8:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00) official employment in the company's staff 24 calendar days of paid vacation per year, unlimited sick leave, medical insurance, services of a corporate psychologist Selection stages: selection based on CV, interview with by a recruiter, a test task, an interview with a leader
