Our employee in this position:

• Formation of a questionnaire for the selection of participants according to internal criteria of customers
• Preparation of the contact database of potential participants in accordance with the criteria for TK from internal customers
• Transfer of the database to the call center for further recruiting, formation of TK for the desired composition of the sample
• Creation of a questionnaire for the call center to confirm the participation of those who agreed to participate in the tasting
• Organization of transfer for participants, registration of transfer numbers and cars for registration passes
• Management and filling of the database of tasting participants: updating contacts, recruitment plan, accounting for incentives/rewards

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas), PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Google/Microsoft Forms (creating questionnaires)
• Basic skills of working with Power BI, Google Data Studio or SPSS/R will be an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, responsibility, organization, planning and compliance deadlines, openness to learning.
