The main responsibilities for the candidate in this position: Management of the process of organizing trainings abroad, cooperation with the CEE (Central Eastern Europe) office of KPMG in this process; Monitoring of the training of the Advisory and T&L departments; Generating reports with online systems and maintaining excel tables based on the results of two departments; Creation of digests and news about interesting things in the world of L&D; Organization and conduct of Induction for company newcomers; Management of the learning process on educational platforms (Linkedin, DDF, Culture Wizzart, etc); Creation and implementation of campaigns regarding the promotion of training platforms; Analysis of mailings from the global office of KPMG and the offer of relevant training to Advisory and T&L departments; Support of employees of Advisory and T&L departments in all training processes (trainings, learning English languages, professional development, etc.) Searching for external trainers and locations for holding events; Point-of-care assistance to colleagues in other projects; Tasks from the direct Manager. Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements: Graduate or student of the last year of study (3rd year and above); Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft Teams; Experience with the Learning Management System platform will be an advantage for the candidate for this position Key competencies: Strong organizational skills; Attention to detail in work; Ability to learn quickly; Logical and analytical abilities; Good skills in working with several tasks at the same time and willingness to work with a load; Digital skills. Ability and desire to work in a team.
